Shipping policy

https://www.celladix.sg/ is a dedicated website for our Singapore customers. We currently only ship within Singapore borders for orders placed here.

STANDARD DELIVERY COSTS

Singapore deliveries are managed by our logistics partners Singpost. We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders above $100. Flat shipping fee $5.00 will be charged for all orders under $100.You will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.

 

BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SHIPPING

1.Shipping Time: 2-5 business days
Orders placed before 23:59PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) usually ship within 2-5 business days during non-sale periods. Please note that during times of exceptional volume during major sale periods your shipping time may be extended by several days. Rest assured we are trying to get your purchases to you as fast as possible.
2. Orders placed before 09:00 AM Monday through Friday will be shipping within same-day delivery during non-sale periods. 
3. Every customer will receive a SMS text message as soon as delivery has been scheduled.
4. No delivery charges will incur for an order canceled within 24 hours from the initial order.
5. All rates mentioned above exclude 9% GST.

 

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

If your order goes missing or arrives damaged or defective, we can assist with a refund or replacement. If you have another issue with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please be sure to reference your order number with all communications with our customer service team for faster processing.

  1. Only products purchased on the https://www.celladix.sg/ may be returned for a refund or replacement.
  2. If customers want to cancel or refund, the process will be return the product after receiving it.
  3. We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a refund or replacement.
  4. A refund due to a change of mind is only applicable within 30 days of receiving and will only be accepted if the product is returned in original, sealed, and unopened condition.
  5. Outbound shipping fees are not eligible for refund and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipping cost is equal to the initial shipping rate.
  6. We cannot accept partial returns for bundle sets or promotional packages. You must return the complete set for a refund.
  7. If a package is confirmed delivered by our logistic partners, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
  8. We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept a return or issue a refund.
  9. If a refund is accepted, we cannot offer the reward point.
